Latter Day Sinner

I grew up in a home where wasting food was significantly frowned upon. I don’t like to throw away leftovers. We had a bag of meatballs in the freezer for maybe a year. I am finishing the last of them now. How do they taste you may ask. I don’t really think about it. I bought some Famous Dave’s Devil’s Spit. It does a good job covering up freezer burn. But that creates a problem of proportion. You see I also have an irrational aversion to wasting sauce. I find it difficult to throw away ketchup, sweet and sour, and soy sauce packets. I usually check the labels nowadays on single serving condiments. If the main ingredient is corn syrup or vinegar then it isn’t really food that I’m wasting. I will probably have Devil’s Spit left over when I’m done with the last of the meatballs and I will try for your sake to be okay with that.
