  I’ve been craving sugar. Stephanie gets me a highly sweetened fruit punch from the grocery store. Sadly Alex loves the stuff too and finished it off last night. We ordered fast food and I was supposed to get a milkshake but it was missing from the order. So I’m still craving sugar.

• Too much sugar

  I haven’t eaten very healthy today. I had some beef roast. But I’ve also had donuts, ice cream, and fruit punch. It should be no surprise to you when I tell you I’m gaining weight. Sooner or later I’m going to get to the moment when I’m sure just one more sugary bite will kill…
