My Health Starts with Me
I saw the nurse practitioner who prescribes my psych meds yesterday. No changes on that front, but she did order a blood draw. I walked to the hospital to get the work done today because Stephanie wasn’t up to driving and my health starts with me. It went smoothly but the results came back with…

Feeling Woosy
I’m not feeling quite right again and Stephanie let me sleep and did most of the bins herself. I had a particularly weird dream but all I remember from it was stuffed potatoes with a swervey line of chocolate on each one.

Can’t, Wouldn’t, Shouldn’t
My phone does not like negatives. Followers and Influence
I want more followers but I won’t beg. I want more influence but I won’t sell my soul to promoters. So I quietly plug along hoping to at least be a little interesting. The algorithm doesn’t love me. But I’m confident that it doesn’t love you either. Likes and clicks are no match for real…

Vitamin C
I woke up this morning with the SpongeBob song Scurvy in my head. I decided to take a vitamin c because that how the song goes and I figured it was telling me something. I am a firm believer that vitamin c is good for my health. Danny disagreed. He says there are no benefits…
