Tomorrow is Independence Day in the US. People celebrate by blowing stuff up. It’s an American tradition. It’s rainy tonight so not many people are out with fireworks. The kid next door said his dad already set off all the good ones. There were some real doosies. The rain means tomorrow’s city celebration won’t be cancelled because of a risk of wildfire. But it might be cancelled if it’s still raining. “Bombs bursting in air,” y’all.
