One of the biggest selling points of fish is the fat. If you process it out then the fish isn’t as healthy. Today I was grocery shopping and looked at the fat content of imitation crab. The answer that came back was zero. That’s definitely not what I want. So I put Omega 3 into the search engine and it mostly came back as pills. Again not what I want or need. I want food with fat in it. I scrolled through rows and rows of pills and near the bottom it suggested fish sticks. The fat content was high so I ordered a few boxes. I don’t know if it’s Omega 3 but it looked like unsaturated fat. I need that in my diet. The war on fat is real, Folks.

Edit: It turns out the fat in fishsticks is mostly Omega 6 in the breading rather than Omega 3 in the fish. Now I have to find the right ratio of the two fats for my health profile.
