Degrees of Order

There is chaos in the system. Imperfections. We recognize order because we have chaos for a comparison. We understand degrees of order when we understand degrees of disorder. Entropy is real. Everything cascades to chaos. Heat death. Human beings see entropy and we struggle against it. We imagine forms of life where our thoughts and our forms don’t degenerate. We are at our best when we reform the degenerate. We can then not only recognize degrees of order but elevate ourselves and our environments to greater and greater degrees.

  1. Contention creates chaos. The degenerate must be willing to reform, to cast off contention in pursuit of a unity that incorporates the natural diversity of life, to create an order that can be sustained.

    1. You don’t believe the life we had was sustainable. I aim to prove you wrong. The struggle is real and necessary.

      1. You can’t prove me wrong because we aren’t living the life we had. We are living entirely different lives now. You are doing more work and I am getting more rest and recovery time. Had we made that one change when I said our lives were unsustainable, our ending would have been very different.

      2. Fair enough. That change has been made. And changed behavior is the only real indication of actual repentance. Take what I am doing right now for what it’s worth. Arguing in words will never get us anywhere. My actions are my arguments now.
